Winter farewell party on the island

All CEU alumni, CEU students + friends + hamsters are welcome.

February 9 Saturday evening 7 p.m.

How to get there: From the HEV station at Arpad Bridge Buda side. You can also get there by tram No. 1.
If you walk: Cross the small bridge close and parallel to Arpad Bridge, go straight ahead, then walk over the pontoon bridge of the bay and turn right on the other side and walk 200 meters. It is altogether some 1000 meters. (So exciting already !)
By car: turn left after the small bridge, drive around the bay and after 1.5 km stop listen to find the source of loud music, or Studio Cafe on the left.

Program:

19.00. (For Hungarian speakers plus for those fans who would consume anything Hungarian even without understanding a word of that) The latest short feature films from the alternative filmmakers of Balázs Béla. 3x30 minutes.

21.00. Live music by „Link” a young, progressive Hungarian rock group, with significant CEU alumni participation. + Calendar show.

The Cafe’s excellent cooks are looking forward to fill up your stomach for reasonable prices

Extras:

Wonderful walk on the island amongst the renovated buildings of the old ship factory, on the romantic promenade along the bay, on the site of the palace of Caesar Marcus Aurelius.
Visiting a fairy garden and a fascinating Makovecz – wooden house illuminated at night, right next to the Cafe.
